with broad experience in laboratory management, analytical research,
operations management, business development and total quality
management. He has a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry from the University

the Inorganic Division of Triangle Laboratories, and managed
the division for two years.
In addition to his interests in chemical
analysis, Bill has a sound background in statistics and Quality
Assurance. He served as QA manager at GE for several years in
addition to operating the lab. Dr. Wadlin participated in a quality
management program at George Washington University directed by
Dr. W. Edwards Deming, and has served as an Examiner on the North
Carolina Quality Leadership Committee.
Bill's extensive experience in environmental
analysis and quality control at both the research level and in
high volume commercial analysis, fully qualify him to direct
the production of high quality chemical analysis.
